Hello! Deep breath! You’ve come so far! We really are so proud of you for embarking on this journey with us. We hope so far you’ve been able to reflect on what values are important to you, and have gained some clarity as you’ve applied these learnings to both your Ikigai map and crating your own mission statement.
We want to encourage you to take this week to stop and reflect on the progress you may be feeling right now. Are you feeling on top of the world? Or do you feel like you’re only just starting to break the waters? Both are completely normal!
If you have any questions (big or small!) about any thing we’ve covered in the past few weeks, or any questions about where we’re going – please let us know! We are here to support you in any way we can.
Until we check back in next week, keep taking stock of how you’re feeling. Not only mentally, but are you physically feeling lighter as a result of the small changes you’ve made? Are you finding you’re slouching less, because you’re more confident in who you are and what you have to give? Can you breathe a little deeper and settle into who you are and what you have to give to others? Let us know!
